Refund Policy

There are certain situations where full refunds are granted:

* Unsafe ocean conditions on date & time of drop off.

* Cancellations 24 hours before your scheduled drop off no later than 4 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time.

* In certain website errors for product availability.

For cancellations: TEXT/CALL 808-859-MAUI (6284).

Please include the name on the reservation, day/time and location of drop off in text or voicemail (if no answer).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Lost or damaged equipment where we cannot replace the item(s) to accommodate the remainder of your rental booking due to lack of product availability.

There are certain situation where refunds are not granted:

* Cancellations not giving a 24 hours’ notice no later than 4 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time.

* Lost or damaged equipment where we replace the equipment with another.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days for processing.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacements

* We only replace equipment if they are lost or damaged to accommodate the remainder of your rental booking.

Lost or damaged equipment while in your possession, whichever cost is less:

* You are responsible to cover the cost to repair damaged equipment.

* You are responsible to cover the cost to replace lost equipment.

* Ordinary wear and tear accepted.

To replace or report damage or lost equipment: TEXT/CALL 808-859-MAUI (6284).

Please include the name on the reservation, day/time and location of drop off and. . . .

* The reason why the replacement is needed (whichever is applicable).

* Where the damage is located, and the extent of the damage (whichever is applicable).

* The circumstances leading up to the missing item (whichever is applicable).
